Libra Infra AI, Inc. (“Libra,” “we,” “our”) is a Delaware C-Corporation operating the librainfra.ai platform. This Privacy Policy describes, in summary form, the categories of data we collect, how we use that data, and the rights available to users of the platform.

Scope

This Policy applies to use of the librainfra.ai website, the Libra platform modules (Atlas, Access, Capital, Access+, Pulse), and any successor services operated by Libra Infra AI, Inc.

Governing law

This Policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Jurisdiction-specific rights

For data subjects in Egypt, processing is conducted with regard to the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. GDPR/UK GDPR rights may apply to EEA/UK residents and CCPA rights to California residents.
